“Invino enoteca (located in Chisinau, on Banulescu-Bodoni str.) opened a new season of wine tastings after Summer vacations. I was able to take part in the first tasting, which took place on Sept. 8th. Wine tastings at enotecas are unique in their opportunity to converse with a sommelier, who plays the role of a guide to the wine world. From a foreign individual who finished a sommelier course somewhere in the West to a couple of sweet girls who admitted to knowing very little of wine, yet wished to know more – the gathered group of individuals during this evening was quite diverse. Which is why we talked about the aspects of wine colors, aromas and tastes, and even of corks.
