• aged beef tartare with black truffle and cream sauce + 2020 Malbec de Purcari Limited
• stewed veal cheeks in its own juice with celery puree and caramelized carrots + 2018 Chateau Vartely Taraboste Pur Aristocratic
• signature dessert “Honey Kiss ” delicate honey mousse, orange coulis and honey meringue + 2018 Vinuri Ialoveni Solera Armonios
