• asparagus with ryazhenka panna cotta + 2021 Alb de Mereni, Carlevana
• eggplant rolls + 2021 Bravoure Rosé /Malbec/, Chateau Cristi
• grilled turkey with asparagus + 2020 Castel Mimi Orange /Chardonnay/ + 2017 Aurore Rara Neagră, Fautor
• chocolate mousse with currant + 2019 Individo Rara Neagră-Malbec-Shiraz, Chateau Vartely
