Vin et Fromage
This past Friday we hosted an incredible evening with unique individuals!
Guests tried:
- A goat cheese trio – with caraway, black pepper and salt, coated with wood ash.
- Two aged Alpine cheeses “Tomme” – made from sheep and cow’s milk, as well as their younger sister “Tommette”
All cheeses were made by the french fromager Thierry Ernst with local products.
The evening turned out to be not only educational, but super delicious!
