Molda

In 2011, the engineering company Berhord (who produces stainless steel equipment for wine production) made the decision to launch its own line of wines under 2 names: Molda and A-Wine.

The wines of the Molda line are exquisite in quality and made only with driftwood and aged in oak barrels, whereas the wines of A-Wine are produced also by press fractions.The company’s production of wines is partly due to its desire to show the high quality of Berhord engineering equipment. However, it is also in part due to the company’s director Andrei Iosip’s long-lasting passion for wine. As the owner of the Molda trademark believes – winemaking is poetry of taste.

Wine production workshops were rented from the Asconi winery and refurbished by the Berhord company. Grapes come from partner enterprises. Berhord wines are part of a premium segment and were originally intended only for HoReCa. The exquisite quality of wines can be seen through the multiple awarded medals from the most prestigious international competitions.
