Debunking myths: "the screw-off cap"

Debunking myths: "the screw-off cap is a sign of cheap, bad wine."

No, friends. This isn't true. Not only is it not true, but a screw-off cap has its own pros and in some ways is even better than a cork.

It:

1. doesn't let air pass through (an ordinary cork has pores, through which, even if just a bit, but air can pass), wines can stay fresh for longer than if it were a cork;

2. is not prone to any sicknesses ("cork sickness" is a well-known problem to winemakers);

3. opens without any tools and doesn't break during the process.
