We're ready for Winter: there's enough to warm those, coming in from the cold. Thank you everyone who took part!

Who partook: 

• 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon de Purcari

• 2013 Et Cetera Cabernet Sauvignon

• 2012 Sol Negru Cabernet Sauvignon, Asconi Winery

• 2009 Equinox Cabernet Sauvignon

• 2011 "Taraboste Cabernet Sauvignon", Chateau Vartely

• 2012 Et Cetera “Cabernet Sauvignon Premium”

Who won: The sole leader of the contest was, not surprisingly, the surprise of the tasting - "Taraboste Cabernet Sauvignon" of the vintage year 2007. This year stays in the memories of all red wine lovers. It's unfortunate that these wines are almost all gone from the shelves...

But, good news! Et Cetera 2012, Taraboste 2011 and Equinox 2009 ratings were quite close to the winner's. And, of course, those wines are still carried. Moreover, most of the other, yet younger, wines were pretty close to the leader's rating. So all in all, we're ready for the Winter: there's enough to warm those, coming in from the cold. Thank you everyone who took part!
