The family couple Tatiana Pagu and Thierry Ernst live in the Horodiste village. After 10 years of living in France, they moved to Moldova and opened their own shop of classical French cheeses made from local products.
This evening you will have the opportunity to try:
- a trio of soft cheeses Égoutté - with nuts, black pepper, basil and garlic;
- two aged Alpine Tomme cheeses - natural and with nuts, as well as melted on toast.
6 different combinations of cheese and wine will be presented by Invino's chief-sommelier Druta Mihaii and cheesemaker Thierry Ernst.
