The family couple Tatyana and Thierry Ernst live in the Horodiște village. After living in France for a decade, they decided to move to Moldova and make their own classical French cheese out of local produce.
Throughout the evening you will taste:
• A goat cheese trio – with caraway, black pepper and salt, coated with wood ash.
• Two aged Alpine cheeses “Tomme” – made from sheep and cow’s milk, as well as their younger sister “Tommette”
6 entirely new and different pairings of wine and cheese shall be presented to you by Invino’s chief sommelier Druta Mihai and cheesemaker Thierry Ernst.
