Vin et Complément

Restaurant Complement – is a popular restaurant of traditional European cuisine. Friday, June 1st, at 19:00 Invino enoteca and Complement restaurant are gathering friends together for yet another enogastronomical evening. Complement's very own chef Alexei Gribcenco and Invino's chief-sommelier Druta Mihai are creating exquisite food&wine pairings.

• Seabass with creamy risotto, asparagus with veloute sauce + 2016 ATU Winery Sauvignon Blanc-Chardonnay
• Stuffed quail with Gravy and potato chips + 2016 Et Cetera WinesAeroplane Carmenere
• Royal cake with apple-caramel mousse + 2012 Chateau Vartely Wine Chardonnay Dulce Botrytis
