Saturday, June 8, at 19:00 Invino enoteca will be hosting the academic-enologist Boris Găină. He’s a world renowned scientist and academic- coordinator of the Department of agricultural sciences of ASM, with over 50 years of experience. In 1993 the International Organization of Grapes and Wine (OIV) named him the honorable “Man of the year in winemaking”. Thanks to his hard work and initiative, wine varietals such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Pinot Noir came into cultivation in Moldova. His scientific interests span out wide and his practical experience is priceless.
