Victor Mitin is a patriarch and guru of Chisinau’s restaurant business. From the soviet era’s “Intourist” to “Robin Pub,” and so many more… There’s too many successful projects of Mitin’s to list here.
Mr. Mitin currently dedicates his time to being the chief technologist at the touristic complex Complexul turistic "Regatul vinului". The elegant restaurant is quite new to the scene, and is situated nearby Combinatul de Vinuri "CRICOVA" S.A.
Saturday, February 6th at 17:00 at Invino enoteca yet another enogastronomical tasting will take place. The program was created by Victor Mitin and Inna Shanghina, and consists of 6(!) courses:
• set of five tapas
• salmon tartare with avocado
• pate with onion jam
• pike perch with truffle sauce and polenta
• veal fillet with green pesto and couscous
• prunes with walnuts, savoyardi and custard
and great wines that will surprise you.
