It’s Chianti Season

Chianti Chisinau Restaurant needs no introduction. When it comes to worldwide trends, its gastronomical approach is based on Originality, Locality, Hybridity and the Season.

On Friday, Oct. 12 at 19:00 at Invino enoteca, the restaurant Chianti Chisinau will present a unique autumn menu, created just in time for the national Day of Wine. Don't miss your chance of getting the taste of Franco-italian notes in traditional Moldovan dishes. Of course - all accompanied by Moldovan wines.

The program includes:

  • bruschetta with roast-beef and eggplant + 2017 Sol Negru Traminer-Feteasca Albă, Asconi Winery
  • pumpkin cream soup with ginger + 2017 Chateau Cristi Chardonnay Barrel Fermented
  • mamaliga with truffle sauce and quail eggs + 2016 agrici.wine Feteasca Neagră
  • cheesecake with pear and sea buckthorn + Asconi Winery Moscato Vin Special Dulce
  • a candy with prunes, hazelnuts, Belgian chocolate and walnut crunch + 1994 Shervin Armonios, Vinuri Ialoveni SA

These enogastronomical pairings will be presented by Chianti Chisinau's chef Alex Butnaru and Invino's sommelier Inna Shanghina.
