Castel Mimi winery launches a new flagship line of premium wines in honor of Constantin Mimi. The Governor series are wines with character from a particularly successful 2018 harvest, with long aging in the Omega barrique, in recognizable unusual bottles with a vintage author's label.
On Saturday, February 20 at 17:00 in the Invino enoteca, the presentation of the entire current The Governor line will take place. The program is as follows:
• 2018 Governor Chardonnay Riesling
• 2018 Governor Fumé Blanc /Sauvignon Blanc/
• 2018 Governor Feteasca Neagră
• 2018 Governor’s Blend /Cabernet Sauvignon-Feteasca Neagră-Saperavi/
The new wines are presented by the general director of the Castel Mimi complex and the creator of The Governor wines - Adrian Trofim and Invino's chief sommelier Mihai Druta. The presentation is in Romanian.
