What is ‘dry’ wine? There should be little residual sugar, no more than 4 g per liter. The taste of such a drink is often slightly astringent, like that of an unripe persimmon, yet it stays true and noble. Its aroma is subtle and natural, not muffled. Fancy a glass of dry instead of some sweets?
