Ice-Wine topic variations

"Moldovan ice-wine" doesn't sound too familiar. It's not a traditional product of the national winemaking culture, and not only ours. Following the footsteps of the world leader - Canada - other large producers of ice-wine, such as Germany and Austria have gotten on the bandwagon. Even such winemaking countries as Israel and Australia have followed suit. That's why, in such a worldly context, the desire to try their hand at ice-wine doesn't seem so strange when it comes to Moldovan winemakers...
