These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the purchase of products and services offered by Invino Enoteca SRL through the website operated by the Company (the “Website”).

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Law No. 105-XV of 13 March 2013 on Consumer Protection, individual consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without providing a reason within 14 calendar days.

The withdrawal period begins either:

  • on the date the contract is concluded; or
  • on the date the consumer takes physical possession of the ordered goods.

To exercise this right, the consumer must submit a written withdrawal request at the Company’s physical location. Returned goods must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by all documentation supplied upon delivery.

Where a valid withdrawal is exercised, the Company will refund the amount paid within 14 calendar days. Delivery costs are not refundable. All return-related costs are borne by the consumer.
