These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the purchase of products and services offered by Invino Enoteca SRL through the website operated by the Company (the "Website").

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Law No. 105-XV of 13 March 2013 on Consumer Protection, individual consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without providing a reason within 14 calendar days.

The withdrawal period begins either:

  • on the date the contract is concluded; or
  • on the date the consumer takes physical possession of the ordered goods.
To exercise this right, the consumer must submit a written withdrawal request at the Company's physical location. Returned goods must be:

  • unused and unopened;
  • in original packaging; and
  • accompanied by all documentation supplied upon delivery.

Where a valid withdrawal is exercised, the Company will refund the amount paid within 14 calendar days from receipt of the withdrawal request. The refund method is determined by the Company. Delivery costs are not refundable.

If the returned product differs from what was delivered or has been unsealed, the Company may refuse to reimburse delivery costs. In all cases, the refunded amount shall not exceed the value of the returned goods.

All direct costs associated with returning products, including transport and banking fees, are borne by the consumer.
