Within Chisinau:
- Orders over 1000 MDL: Free
- Orders under 1000 MDL: 50 MDL
Suburbs:
- The delivery fee ranges from 100 to 150 MDL, depending on the exact location.
- Delivery Timing
- We strive to deliver your wine as quickly as possible!
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM: Delivered on the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM: Delivered the next day.
- Standard delivery time slots:
10:00 — 14:00
14:00 — 18:00
18:00 — 22:00
- Special Services & Rules
- Specific time delivery: Need your bottles at an exact date and time? You can choose a specific time delivery, outside the standard intervals, for an additional fee of 100 MDL.
- Arrival Notification: The courier will call you about 30 minutes before arriving at your door.
- Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt — ensure the bottles are intact and have no external defects. By signing the receipt, you confirm that you have no claims and the product arrived safely.
- Refusal Policy: If the wine is delivered exactly as ordered, but you change your mind at the door, you are still required to cover the courier service fee. Please make sure you have selected the right wine before ordering.
- Age Verification: Attention: Since we sell alcohol, the courier reserves the right to ask for your ID to verify that you are at least 18 years old.
Self-Pickup (from Enoteca Invino)
If it's more convenient for you to pick up the wine yourself, we are waiting for you at 41 Mitropolit Gavriil Bănulescu-Bodoni st.
- Pre-order only: We hand over orders only to customers who have pre-ordered in advance via the app or by phone.
- Confirmation: Please wait for a phone call from our team confirming that your order is ready.
- Reservation period: Your wine is reserved for a maximum of 5 days. If you are unable to pick it up within this timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled.
- Payment & Inspection: Unpacking and inspecting the bottles on-site is done only after the order has been fully paid.
