Gitana Mănăstirea (Rohrbach Cru) is a dry white wine made exclusively from Riesling grapes grown on the sunny slopes of Valul lui Traian in Romanovca, Moldova. The grapes are hand-picked late in the season and undergo cryo-maceration to enhance aromatic expression before aging in oak barrels. The wine shows a clear pale yellow colour and offers an intense bouquet of honey, peach, orange peel, field flowers and freshly cut hay, with lively acidity and pronounced minerality on the palate, culminating in a long, elegant finish.
